1 ready-to-use pizza dough
1/2 lb Fresh Mozzarella
1 1/2 lb Crushed tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves
5 Basil leaves
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

- Prepare dough per package directions.
- Pre-heat oven to 500° F (30 minutes for baking sheet pan or 60 minutes for baking stone).
- Stretch dough into a paper thin crust to fit into the baking sheet or on a screen so you can slide it onto the baking stone.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, Fresh Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown
- Sprinkle hot pizza with the Parmesan cheese and finish with basil.
